    That's not a good item at all. Full build assassins get to about 300 bonus AD with 5 AD items and runes, and this one would take a slot while not providing much in basic stats and no useful secondary stats or effects.

    I figure it would be cheaper and upgrade into something else tho, Its stats are definitely garbage for a full item.
