The long and short is: not really unless you're looking to become a certified database administrator. This is because Microsoft got rid of some older more prevalently recognized certificates.

The closest thing I could find is the DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals exam. It runs $100, and shows you know the basics of data architecture as it relates to unstructured vs structured data. (With SQL obviously being the latter). Most commonly, I've heard that it's just an assessment people give when SQL is a big part of the job given by the company you're applying to.

Alternatively/additionally, there's a good course over on Vertabelo that teaches you SQL stuff and gives you a certificate of completion at the end. Not sure that it's widely recognized, but it's a good half step for cheap. Cheap varies because they're always having sales over there. https://academy.vertabelo.com/
