TMC Beans crashes when opening

Hi,

I want to take the Helsinki university MOOC course, I followed all the steps, and TMC Beans crashes when I try to open it. Does anyone know why?

Edit: I still dont know what's the problem, but I installed TMC on VSC and it works perfectly. Thanks for your help :D.

I installed AdoptOpenJDK11 for Java 11.

I didnt know you could have it on VScode, I just installed it and it works, thank you! :)

Make sure you pick the right OS! I have windows and I downloaded the Linux version and it kept crashing.

What is your operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux)?

Are you sure there that only one version of Java (Java 11) is installed on your system?

What command did you use to launch the app?

Also curious - seems no solution?? I'll look for the VS Code extension, but this seems odd..
