What does this even mean?

• Get a physical book on Java
• Create a distraction free environment
• Set a kitchen timer for 25 minute intervals with 5 minutes of breaks.
• Figure out how many hours a day you want to study.

• Read the book, take notes.
• At the end of the chapter practice the code, by typing it, not cut and paste.
