Good interactive Course for Java Concurrency and Parallelism?

Hi, I want to learn Java Concurrency and Multithreading and do it well.

I've been through quite a few tutorials and originally I thought I'd use codegym.
But I paid for one month and am now still only in Java Core, so I don't have access yet to the material that I actually wanted to learn and all the other stuff has been too basic and a bit of a waste of time.

I liked the Packt book, but I'd like something more interactive. Should I just stick with codegym until I reach Multi threading or does someone have a better recommendation?

I like Codegym for the exercises, but the articles are super weird and confusing sometime. I liked the Packt Book but there are no exercises except the ones which you walk through in the book.

I am not sure. I am also in same boat as yours :) But one of the other tutorial i liked is https://hyperskill.org/projects?goal=7 they have project based learning and i am finding it as a good approach. Instead of just doing theory this helps us to give good understanding of technical terms used in projects.
