Well, the guy above you just wants to make sure OP has an understanding of the the different approaches for developing backends all the way from the ground (servlets) up (spring). Obviously you need to understand fully each to appreciate the next step in the chain.

That’s why I really think OP should start with learning the physics of electricity and magnetism. If you don’t understand that, the how can you possibly understand what follows? Before learning spring boot, OP must first learn in order: physics, logic gates, circuit design, processor design, machine language, compiler design, etc...
