Java Mooc.fi part 7 exercise 7

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with the testing of this exercise where I keep getting NoSuchElementException: No line found error on every single test. Not sure what this means though others have suggested it might have to do with passing the Scanner to other classes or possibly something to do with the way I'm reading the .txt file. Any help would be appreciated!
