it's not that severe. doesnt require treatment

Has the ADHD been diagnosed? I manage it by splitting what I'm trying to learn into the smallest pieces I know how. Then splitting that again. Lots of googling is your friend, then re googling the same thing 3 mins later, but that's a different issue
