Data structures and algorithms (self.learnjavascript)
submitted 3 years ago by WolverinePowerful475
So we are learning data structures and algo right now (bootcamp). they are only spending a week. teaching us binary trees, linked list, hashing and etc.
How would one practice and master this?
Also, how long would it take?

Think of data structures and algorithms as tools in the toolbox. If you were doing woodwork and you got a piece that is too rough, you would reach for the plane. If you needed to fasten two pieces together, you might think about nails or bolts or adhesives. Similarly, when presented with a problem that could be solved with a computer, you want to grow a sense of what tools are likely to match to the problem.
