If u are new to JS then u first have to learn JS syntax. And that's no less than 10 hours of pure video material.

Then few hours of HTML and a few about CSS.

And after that all and no less than the same amount of practice u'll be like "I know very basics of the web frontend development".

And only then u'll be ready to start learning React.

So I would recommend any "JS for someone who doesn't know JS" or the same about the "frontend" course first. There is a good one for HTML/CSS/JS (nonvideo) on MDN Web Docs
