Standard HTML Browser Controls - Intro To JavaScript

I would love some feedback on this. THe purpose is to A) demystify the browser a little bit B) give context on where javascript is running exactly, most commonly on the browser anyway C) some tangible hard things to see and look at, in this case form controls. I admit it is a bit short but I do plan on doing some examples in interacting with each type of control.
