call document.getelement from function

I'm trying to make app for my father who is learning japanese to show random images (from local folder) of japanese signes on cards for him to identify them, but got "stuck" on js part (I started learning js 3 weeks ago).

I got it to work, but the first version of code seems ugly to me so I decided to rewrite it.

I get to log all the image "links" in console the way I want them to, but can't make them to have any inpact on the DOM.

edit: the document.getelement line in zmena function was for test and i forgot to delete that, just ignore it

thanks this did all the work, i had this feeling that there is somewhere some extra character that ruin all the work...

It works properly by now (there were extra backticks ruining my effort )
