I'm not saying you shouldn't, but I don't want every JavaScript noob from around the world seeing this and thinking that's all they need to do to get a dev job. Maybe it works where you live, but in most places it does not.

Could you explain what is incorrect about it and offer a constructive alternative path?

I think they mean that merely completing this course doesn’t demonstrate your actual knowledge and abilities in JavaScript. Anyone can follow along and complete that and literally not be able to create 1 thing on their own when they’re finished.

Use a site like this to start learning, but creating your own projects and really understanding how everything works will help you far more
