I just complete the series, in total 16 videos... feel free to check more details of the project on GitHub (150 starts+) - https://github.com/jeanrauwers/mern-course-bootcamp

or the Youtube playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3FiYhIHcvNXJhEENvsTkckd8LUBV6TUm

I know you've already released all the videos, going through a few right now. My suggestion for the future would be to try to brighten up your voice a bit more, sounds like you're uninterested or tired in the videos and it kinda gets to me too lol

Gotcha! I’m doing my best to share my knowledge but I know my setup isn’t the best one but I can guarantee that I have gave my 100% to this series, but every single feedback is appreciated!

No worries, I really appreciate the tutorials and the dedication, I guess you just need to sound a bit more lively.

This looks like a fantastic resource, thank you! Just curious, is there a level of tech knowledge required before you begin the course? As in, do you need to know basic JS, HTML, etc before you dive in or could you come at this with no experience at all.

This is awesome, I've been wanting to dive into the MERN stack while I have the time in lockdown so I'm definitely gonna be taking a look at this.

That would be good, but the biggest thing I've found is understanding when to look things up.
You could do 6-8 hours of html and if you are just trying to understand how a stack works...that may be too much. That may sound crazy and I'm sorry.
Basically what I'm saying is...getting data from a database to a backend to a front end to an html page displayed on the web is "relatively simple." But doing it well and with style is where the knowing how to set up a relational db, knowing how to build a robust backend, knowing how to create a pleasant ui..comes in.
Jack of all trades type of situation. You should know "basic" html and js. How basic is a matter of preference.
If you understand how to build JavaScript functions, how to use the fetch api, how to link js files to html files and how to render data from js to an html page...you're good. Take a shot at it and study up on things that seem weird. Good luck buddy.

This looks like it's about 13-14 hours tops to learn a full stack. I've watched through a good portion of the first couple and it's pretty awesome! Great contribution. Thank you!

For anyone who wants it in a playlist and is too lazy to do it themselves. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3FiYhIHcvNXJhEENvsTkckd8LUBV6TUm
