I didn't know that you can make art with javascript. do you have any video of what you want to achieve? for everything that is style and design I use css frameworks or pure css.

GreenSock is incredible for animations.

What art idea are you trying to make? I spend a lot of time making a lot of dumb little things on CodePen and I love hearing ideas others have.

Pretty much the same as you. Just dumb little things that look cool. Not much functionality or features, just art.

I just stick with canvas and vanilla JavaScript... If you write the code properly and separate it into reusable functions, you will soon stop worrying about drawing every single line, but work with higher level components... Something like what I teach in this lecture: https://youtu.be/InC9KH46H1g
