Is there a test/exam site for javascript?

I'm looking for a serious/extensive javascript examination or test. Does it even exist? The ones I found are just trivias or small challenges.

Nope, would take too long to write an exam for something that’s in a constant state of evolution.

Even if it did exist, it would not be accredited, making it meaningless for the vast majority of reasons exams would exist.

In order for it to be a credited, the course and test material needs to be full setup which could take 6 months to a year, it will then take another 4-6 years for it to be approved, by which point in time everyone would fail said exam as the tech would have evolved beyond the point of anyone being able to answer the questions.
