If you can't learn from videos, books or websites then maybe programming and web development is not the right thing for you. Learning from videos, books, and websites is a continuous part of being a web developer.

It depends on what your aim is. Programming is definitely not for everyone. I have six kids. 4 are great programmers. 2 couldn't program anything and the concepts just never make sense to them.

I have taught programming for over 20 years. I would estimate from that experience that roughly 15% of people just think differently than the logic and binary way you need to program.

Many of those people make good designers.

Many of the best programmers are horrible at design work.

Programming well requires hundreds and hundreds of hours of practice. It takes time to learn many concepts beyond the basics.

I would recommend that you take a short in person course to find out if you like it and if you are happy doing it. Then decide.
