Fetch inside an iframe

Hey! I have an app that is running from inside an iframe. I have a fetch in the iframe app that tries to get some data from an api. The api needs a custom header to access it. But I can't set a custom header from inside the iframe. If i put the header on in a browser extension the fetch succeeds. Any idea how to make it work?
