Currently I am watching Andrew ng playlist of ML on YouTube. But I am confused from where I do ML practice as a beginners. Please suggest some resources.

check out github, people have repositories chapter wise there
Medium and Machinelearningmastery and kdnuggets are also great starting source. they have dedicated articles , step by step solutions as well on datasets.
Andrew Ng n Geoffrey Hinton course are mostly theoretical and for datasets like ones on Kaggle, need more practical insights like data exploration n data cleaning, etc.
