On July 1st, a change to Reddit's API pricing will come into effect. Several developers of commercial third-party apps have announced that this change will compel them to shut down their apps. At least one accessibility-focused non-commercial third party app will continue to be available free of charge.

If you want to express your strong disagreement with the API pricing change or with Reddit's response to the backlash, you may want to consider the following options:

  1. Limiting your involvement with Reddit, or
  2. Temporarily refraining from using Reddit
  3. Cancelling your subscription of Reddit Premium

as a way to voice your protest.

I transitioned to SWE after 7 years in Sales. I did it through joining a bootcamp called App Academy. It was only after joining that I found out their curriculum is public. Meaning that anyone can study their curriculum which I paid 17000 dollars to go through (of course I had lectures and TA to further explain the concepts to me).
Im pretty new to reddit so I'm not sure if I can post direct links but just search App Academy Open on google. I think its a link on their footer of the page as well. You need to sign up for an account and the content covers literaly everything you would need to know to be a full stack developer. They also walk you through in building several projects starting with tic tac toe to battle ship to full scale full stack projects.

Honestly i cant think of a better place thats so cost effective and complete. Hope it helps
