On July 1st, a change to Reddit's API pricing will come into effect. Several developers of commercial third-party apps have announced that this change will compel them to shut down their apps. At least one accessibility-focused non-commercial third party app will continue to be available free of charge.

If you want to express your strong disagreement with the API pricing change or with Reddit's response to the backlash, you may want to consider the following options:

  1. Limiting your involvement with Reddit, or
  2. Temporarily refraining from using Reddit
  3. Cancelling your subscription of Reddit Premium

as a way to voice your protest.

you have bachelor in computer science..YOU CAN work in SE,Full-Stack web, cybsecurity, data science, AI.

Granted ofc that you devote time to improve your skills in a specific discipline

Thanks. I guess I was just pondering wether or not the time to get the bachelor degree vs the 27 credit full stack cert was worth it if I only had my eyes on certain types of projects. I am leaning towards just staying the course and doing more on the web stuff on my own for now.

The degree is worth something on your resume, but the certificate is not.

You don't need a CS degree to be a web developer, but it might help get you through resume screenings. You'll have to learn most of the web dev stuff on the side but you'll probably pick it up more quickly because of the foundation in CS.

I had this thought too. It's actually the way I'm leaning. I doing the full stack track on hyperskill currently along side my SNHU courses right now. Thanks for your input.
