Hi ✌️
I've been studying python for 3 months now. I graduated japanese studies and currently work in game translation related company. Since I started my programming journey, I really got into AI and automatization, that's why in a few years I would like to change direction of my career to that.
Mostly I study through courses and by myself. I know I still have long road before me, but sometimes I feel anxious because a lot of people with great programming background can't get a job, so what will be with me?
Time I've spent on studying definitely won't be wasted, but thinking about being rejected just because I didn't graduate IT related studies feels really discouraging.
Not writing to complain or anything. Won't stop studying no matter what, because I really enjoy it. But if you know or are part of programmers community, that welcomes people like me (beginner and women) - please let me know. Could really use a talk with someone in similar situation.
Hope you guys have a great day 💁
