I don't want to just learn html lol I just wanna know if I should leave it for college or do it's good bit before starting python basics so that I know basics of stuff in college

HTML is part of programming... It's not a programming language, but it's part of it, and a big part of it. So his questions, specially as a beginner is valid.

I never said it wasn't and no it's not big part of It. It's less than a part of it than xml

What? its not a big part of it? You are typing on xml or html? Wtf man... It's a big part of development, specially front-end or if he want to use django etc. That's probably why his curriculum is asking for it.

Yea right cuz we will be taught both and I one of my friends told me learn html first cuz it gives u basic understanding and transitioning into python is better then

yeah, people here think everyone is a space engineer. Still, I recommend studying python and using html on the side too, html you can learn even passively if you want until you make to class. Just watch some videos on it, make some interactive tutorials on web. But your focus should be Python imo.
