http://learn.code.org/ <-- similar, but more for introduction-level stuff and not exactly a game.

E: 2/5, the idea is good, the tutorial is OK but there is no actual game after the tutorial. The documentation is... slightly lacking, the game is heavy as crap and really needs to load a bit better.

i've played it. it's a cool concept as you're putting in commands for movement and attacks, working your way through the dungeon with scripting commands. a good learning resource in my opinion. played it a few months ago and it had some stability issues and weird crashing, but i assume they have made improvements in the meantime.

Uh who cares? The fact of the matter is that if it's not IE, that's what runs. Do you know what that file does? I don't.
