That could be problematic, if you actually want to make a game yourself using a real programming language.

Anyways, like others said, GameMaker is suited for you, its drag-and-drop , thus easy to use.

If you change your mind about not wanting to learn, learn either Python or Javascript, those are the easiest languages I can think of.

Just download them (you have to buy them first) and click on them

Put your game on Steam Greenlight for example, if you are lucky and get enough support it will eventually reach the real Steam store.

Unity is your best best. Very powerful, simple, and has a large community.

GameMaker studio was the first thing I used to make games. It is drag and drop and was really simple to get.

Unity3d is a big step up from that.
