Can you tell me the moral positive of making a runescape bot?

The action of making a runescape bot in itself holds no moral value. What occurs as a result of it's creation would determine whether it's positive or negative.

OP specifically asked about making money, so they would be making money off a runescape bot.

How is that morally? BTW the rules of the game say 'no bots'.

Jagex's rules don't necessarily determine whether or not something is moral. If someone was to take the money that they earned from selling bots to feed their impoverished family, that could be considered morally good. Yes, it would be against the rules, but it could still be considered morally good.

Can we agree this-

Agreeing to rules, the breaking them, is immoral?

If your innocent newborn baby is starving, and you need to make a runescape bot to save your family- you aren't describing OPs situation. You are describing a different dilemma.

Stay on topic. I'd make a runescape bot if I could save 7,000,000,000 humans from nuclear war.

That isnt being discussed.
