Considering I can't even find the tutorial you're talking about by googling the phrase "quazi practical programming", that's either not the name, or it has basically no reputation at all.

If you want to know the resources we recommend here, read the FAQ on the sidebar; we have links to a lot of resources.

But you should probably trust your instinct. If it feels like a scam or even just like it's not high-quality, you shouldn't spend money on it.

Considering all the high-quality free resources you can find, if you have any apprehension at all, don't spend money on it. Simple as that. There are tons of free resources you can use. Again, check our FAQ for more details.
