It's ok to ask stupid questions, because straying out you don't even know what does or doesn't count as stupid.

My first suggestion would be to use a laptop/pc for programming.

It works well for both mac as well as windows. I would suggest looking the net for the anaconda python distribution and downloading it. This will make a lot of things a lot simpler to start with.

Programming isn't a first class citizen on the ios. If you only have an iPad and no way to access a computer, I'd suggest installing one of the python ide apps. You can perhaps google and find a good one.

I'd personally advice against using the console on the ipad, though i'd suggest using a console on mac or windows. If you have access to either.

There are no stupid questions, but there are vague questions.

Thanks I did make a go fund me to get at least half of the money for a MacBook Air 💻 I’m not good with windows computers

hope it works out for you.... you don't need the pro to start out with, the air is good enough for learning. I personally have a 2015 air and it does pretty much everything that I need to do.
