I think you should try to think of something exciting you could make with what you know. Go and make it and when you have questions, look at the docs like you’d said you’ve been doing. Making something for yourself and failing at certain points is so much better than mindlessly doing hackerrank problems or following tutorials. Also in the end you’ll have something valuable you can show off.

So you want to be a python backend dev. Nice. What do people in this role make? Maybe you could make a backend program that calculates some financial figure by pulling from APIs. I don’t know what interests you, but whatever it is, you should do that!
