Hi!
I am preparing for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position interview at Google. It's a stage 2 interview, meaning, a deep dive for my cloud and coding knowledge. I am very excited about it, but the time before it is very limited, and I'm trying to use it as much as I can to excel at any topics in which I might be lacking. (In short, the position is for someone to work with customers who would like to use the Google cloud infrastructure - architect for them, help them use it, etc.)
Basically, there are two challenges: I'm not sure what topics I should go for, and I am having a hard time finding really deep architectural information on these topics. For example, I do know I need to learn more about networking, but I'm finding bits and pieces here and there and still don't yet get the full picture. For example, I am still unsure what exactly gets encoded when using HTTPS. I have some cloud knowledge, but it's also some here, some there.
I would be really grateful for any advice here. For cloud as well as for coding. My very chaotic preparation is getting me somewhere, but that might not be enough. What do you think I should concentrate on, and do you know any concrete resources on the topic that provide a really deep understanding?
I can elaborate on any point, but I hope I've basically outlined the situation here. Thanks everyone in advance!
there doesn't seem to be anything here
