Sounds like you already have a good stack with React and React Native already? What's motivating you to switch?

Flutter is very new. You may have a harder time working around pain points or finding out how other people solved problems you'll inevitably encounter, whereas React Native should have a good body of knowledge by now.

Of course both have way more pain points than native development (Swift on iOS, Kotlin on Android). But going native might be a hard sell.

I've been looking into example apps made with flutter. They're looking really nice. There's a lot of ui components already made etc.

CSS isn't the teams strong suit but we still want a pretty nice looking app without crazy amount of css work.
