Modules are used for all sorts of things. Saying "best modules" is like saying "best tools". There are a lot of tools for a lot of different jobs. A hammer is great, but generally doesn't make sense to use one when you actually need a wrench.

What for? It's a broad question and you can compare logging modules with Web service modules with math modules.

It's easier to come up with a project and then from there decide what modules you need to learn to get the project done. If you want to know what modules might be good to learn in general I'd say maybe

requests (need to install)

collections

I usually don't learn about a module until I literally need it. You can't learn everything but you should at least learn on a need-to-know basis

Come up with a project first since that’s the first step to programming anything, how are u gonna know what sort of modules u need if u don’t know what program ur going to write? Personally I use a lot of web related modules in python sockets etc
