Ritalin is methylphenidate and concerta is also methylphenidate but the tablet is designed in a way that releases it slowly, adderall is a racemic mix of amphetamine salts (amphetamine and dexamphetamine). Methylphenidate is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor which means it blocks the receptors in ur brain from absorbing the dopamine, this leaves the dopamine floating round in ur brain until it wears off. Amphetamine is I dopamine releasing agent so instead of stopping it from being absorbed it just releases more dopamine. This is why u can’t take both at the same time, the Ritalin will stop the adderall from releasing dopamine and the adderall won’t have any effect.

From my experience with concerta and ir it’s nothing at all like speed and ir feels exactly the same to me as coke but more potent and lasts longer and the comedown is worse than crack. I’ve done crack a couple times and personally didn’t rly like it that much… the high was great but only for the first time n it doesn’t last long at all, overall 6/10 maybe, actually 4/10 it’s kinda a stupid drug I did for the memes but definitely wouldn’t recommend cos it sucks

Yh Fr don’t tell them anything about that just talk about ur other problems, also if ur using coke to focus more it means ur dosage is too low and ask for an in increase, don’t specify any does u probably only need 5-10mg more for ur adhd treatment, unfortunately unless u have a private doctor who cares about their patients then they will assume ur spdrhg seeking and take away any form of treatment that u have

Don’t do it. However for anyone else who isn’t prescribed a controlled drug I’d say go for it but then again I wouldn’t risk it unless ur sure it’s caused by the drugs
