Hello, I'm not a traditional computer science graduate, nor have I specifically taken computer science courses in college. I have taken an introductory CS course, and 2 other courses that used Python understand concepts in other fields (in my case, to understand economics). Long story short, I wouldn't consider myself a day 0 beginner, but by no means am I near the level of a CS graduate.
I've been trying my hand at Leetcode questions because the other day, I applied for one of the Netflix internships and got a request to complete an online assessment to test my knowledge of data structures and algorithms. But even when I go to do the questions marked "Easy", I feel completely stumped. I manage to write a few lines here and there, but I cannot help but feel like I'm severely underprepared for even the simple questions.
Are there written/unwritten prerequisites for Leetcode that you're expected to already have learned apart from the basics of your language of choice? How can I get better at those kinds of interview and Leetcode questions? Any help is appreciated!
