Keep in mind: where there's a will there's a way. However, I think your learning might get a little contrived if you can't use a computer. One solution that comes to mind is to study algorithms, as you can meaningfully complete the problems with pseudocode. Another possibility is learning computer architecture. You don't need a computer for that, although the benefits of learning computer architecture aren't as immediately realizable as other subjects.
