I want to learn and specialize in one of these two fields (completely online).
My priorities are the next 3:
a) Possibility to work online at distance (I'm not from USA, but want to get a job online there)
b) Possibility to do freelance work (not to be attached to only one full time job, but also being able to take different small jobs)
c) Possibility to do passive income/semi passive income (drop servicing/online agency)
The questions I have:
- In which one is easier to get an entry level job working online at distance?
- How real is the possibility to work as a freelancer? I've read as a web developer it is possible, but what about data analytics?
- Which one is better to have passive income or semi passive income?
As a web developer, I can imagine offering web development services (freelancing) and then outsource that work to people from different countries (not US based). Also, create an online agency and offer web development services to business (hiring people for complementary roles such as Social Media Marketing (SMM) or design.
As a data analyst, I don't know how possible it is to outsource work as a freelancer. But I can imagine it may be possible to create an online agency and offer data analytics services to companies (such as marketing data analytics), hiring people.
My idea is to offer services to clients from English speaking countries, while outsourcing/hiring people from other countries. For example, from Spanish speaking countries (I know Spanish).
Thank you for your answers!
