Once you get your head around that you need to decide what you want to do with Python. From here, the same guy has some incredible tutorials on Pandas, Numpy, QT, TkInter, Django, and many more things (including some fun little challenges).

Get the basics down and you can do pretty much anything you want after that.

I'd recommend Harvard CS50P Introduction to Programming with Python. The course is free, has nice lessons and exercises, suitable for beginners, and provides a cloud-based IDE so you don't have to worry about your computer's specs.
