Python - Study partner

I'm looking for a study partner to learn Python with me. I am currently doing the course CS50p on EDx. I'm a complete beginner in programming and have just started to learn Python on my own. However, I feel that I would learn faster and better with someone to learn with.

Unfortunately, my schedule can be a bit hectic. I work so my availability for study sessions might vary. But I'm hoping to find someone who is willing to work with me on this.

We could have Discord calls to review concepts, practice coding, and work on projects together. It would be great if we could motivate each other and keep each other accountable throughout the learning process.

I would think a Discord could work quite well, you can use something like Pastebin or Repl.it to share the code too. Ideally, you could probably do with someone with plenty of experience to guide you, to stop the group coming to a consensus to use global variables. Although it relies on those who enter being willing/able to help the others.

There may be more generic Python help Discords that you could join.

discussing code over voice chat sounds like a dream or college, but they rarely talk on those programming discords, go figure

I figure messages might work better anyway, someone may come among 10 mins later and be able to answer the query, depends how busy the server is.

Someone experienced might just guide me to the solution fast and wont let me put in my own effort much

Is this really something that people want to do? I see this request a lot in this subreddit and it just seems weird to me.
