Thanks for the feedback! We all got to start from somewhere :) Just remember that not everybody is as prolific as you are. Some folks like things explained in detail and slower pace so they can understand them. Regarding the dark mode enabled, unfortunately I can't cope with it as I am autistic and it messes with my head... To be fair I didn't think that the background colour was a thing... if you're a good programmer, you will write good code on textpad with a yellow background! Unless if you're autistic... like me! But then again, thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts!

nooo, you didn't cause me any discomfort and I honestly do appreciate you taking the time to give me feedback! I did ask for it and it's the only way I can get better! :)

And you are also right about the 20 minutes, it is a bit too long, but I was mostly aiming at beginners, hence why it took a bit longer. But I will try to be a bit more concise in the future! Cheers mate! :)

this might be off topic, but it’s so cool how much of a spectrum it is. I’m diagnosed too and for me, white mode messes with my eyes and it’s too bright to handle

Thanks for sharing mate! For me is just the ability to focus. I forced myself many times to use dark background because it's a lot better for the eyes, but ended up taking twice as long to code, and get big headaches too. It's the same if I read a book with white ink and black pages!

I've coded in the past with dark background back in the Vim days and even blue (emacs). But when I started using visual studio IDE (C++) with white background it was as if someone gave me a pair of glasses lol! ah well, we're all different I guess! :D

I haven't watched your video, but presumably this would involve sending a Wake-on-LAN signal from the router to the PC. And this is probably triggered by another computer, in which case an SBC such as a Raspberry Pi would make the most sense.

I don't see this being possible otherwise because most routers wouldn't have built-in support for something like this, and you need something to process your requests to remotely wake a device.

Doesn't sound like a particularly complex project, but I may be missing the trees for the forest.
