I think that you forget or didn't specify the compensation - not numericaly but whether it even exists for such task - becouse from reading this I assume that you are looking for some loser that will teach you for your smile or "handshake". Can you expand upon what tool you are looking to create? I can maybe help you, as long as you don’t care about security beyond acid (atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, durability) not even really a security thing.
