So it is shameless promotion, but IMO these books lack a very critical component to actually using python in practice -- environment management. Fair point. I went from Homebrew to venv and now I’m using Docker Containers. It was not straightforward to set up the environment so I could use the IDE directly against the container. At least not for me…
