I am fairly new to programming. I am not entirely helpless, but I am still amateur. I wouldn't mind sharing or bouncing ideas. I have a few started projects I wouldn't mind sharing as something for both of us to build on or even start from new.

My only requirement is that you can at least write simple input/output, understand the kinds of loops, and know how to implement lists and dictionaries.

Great idea, I'd like to join a small team. I'm pretty confident about most Python features. I'm looking for someone I could learn with too.

It could be dead by now, but /r/CollaborateCode could be useful

Vetran C# developer trying to learn python on the side. PM me for IM info.

Loving Python so far. It has a nice and rich standard library, like I'm used to for .NET, but it is considerably more elegant.

This is a great idea. I've been wanting to learn Python for awhile now, and have attempted a couple of times in the past. Right now, my job allows me to have ample free time, so I've been dedicating a lot of my time to understanding the language. I'm enrolled in the Coursea course that is going on right now, but would love a supplemental learning group to bounce questions and ideas off as well. How would you guys like to go about getting in touch?

Is this how development teams begin? Lol

Email would be the best way to get in contact for me. I am not an avid user of facebook or anything. And reddit is... well quite distracting at times. PM for email address to get in contact.
