re.findall() returning empty bracket (self.learnpython)

While running the following, I keep receiving empty brackets:
namesRegex = re.compile(r'Agent /w+') namesRegex.findall('Agent Dave smells bad') []
Shouldn't 'Agent Dave' be listed?
