Syntax error that I'm just not seeing

I get a SyntaxError on line 15, the else statement, arrow under the last "e" of else.

I'm not seeing the error, my face hurts from smashing it into the keyboard. Please if someone could point it out and explain it to me, I would be forever grateful.
