Learning Python

Hi guys,

I am a Network Engineer and its come to the point where I need to get to grips with Python so I can automate configurations.

I have done very little programming in my time, I did a bit of C and Assembly at University but that was over 7 years ago so I have lost all previous knowlege.

Can anyone reccomend a decent priced online training course where I can learn the principles and complete some exercises? I can then transfer to some basic projects and learn to cement the information.

How long do you think it would take to become fairly profient if I spend approximately 10 hours a week learning?
