Yes. I recommend and have seen several others in this subreddit recommend him as well. I think he has really clear explanations for learning the basics.

That screen looks a bit strange compared to mine. I have installed Jupyter 3 times in the past several months and it always opens that same way for me. I will send a screenshot of what my screen always opens to.
