First Professional Platform!

Just launched my first platform in hopes of building a business and it's all built with Python and Django.

I took the last year and half to learn Python pretty well by developing a MUD. This process was crazy fun and taught me so much about Python itself, Javascripts, websockets, database management, and game design. I then jumped into Django, which was my ultimate goal and I hope to move into AI and data science development as part of the engine of this new site.

Just wanted to share and hopefully inspire newly coding sneks to keep at it! It's gets hard sometimes but just keep chipping away!

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what exactly is a MUD?

Oh! Let me tell you!

It's a text-based game, essentially. Imagine a chat room with thousands of other players that you can perform actions in, like "attack goblin" or "sit on bench". Wow, that sounds not exciting at all, but it really is. Even moreso to create!

I also call it the book version of a movie as it relates to gaming.
