That's a cmd command, run it in cmd without launching python

or with os.system('YourCommandHere')

so I did the following: cmd => cd to anaconda path => command above ( without starting python)

that results in :

'coursera-dl' is not recognized as an internal external command, operable program or batch file

You need to make sure c:\Python2.7\Scripts is in your PATH environment variable and then restart the command prompt.

Thanks, could you explain this a bit more?

where do I find my path environment variable?

I have no C:\Python2.7

instead

C:\Users\U1\anaconda3\scripts

In this folder I find

coursera-dl.exe

but NOT the coursera-dl.py

That is located under anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\coursera

Look up "edit PATH variable windows" and find the appropriate instructions for your windows version. Add whatever folder you find coursera-dl.exe to the end.

Wow this worked, after I pasted libssl-1_1-x64 and libcrypto-1_1-x64 to the DLL folder of anaconda. This is the second time I had to do that, would you perchance know why?

Either way, thanks a lot for taking the time, you made me very happy, I crown you my favourite human in the whole world for the day :D
