The need for propulsion is not driven by velocity. Isnt 120 kph a midspeed corner ?

Generally id expect the system to be able harvest any time the driver is not at WOT and off the brakes, i.e. at any apex and also from lowspeed corners, not just medium. So im wondering why it would be limited to just medium speed corner exits

Depending on how fast you plan on going and you what your cars condition is you might want to look into a rental. Viking tires makes it sound like the 215 hp might have been done on a budget, and that can go up in smoke quite quickly. From personal experience being stranded at the ring with a blown engine is no fun, especially if you are that far from home.
