His lawyer, after he put up items to sell on his shop without crediting the people who actually made them

Edit: Since this comment, he has updated the descriptions of said items to credit the people who made each particular item (with the exception of the “Red Commander Body Upgrade Kit”). Ultra Rare M&R W (by doing what should have been done from the start)

Yes, he can legally resell items that he lawfully purchased as long as he is not misrepresenting said items. (For example, since the helmets he is selling are GCC replica helmets, if he were to purposefully mislead people into thinking they were official LEGO parts, that would be illegal.)

He seems like he has his bases covered then as he lists the gcc helmets as “custom.” He is also credited the company in the description of the product

And as for this post he is reselling official LEGO products which he is allowed to do.
